General Manager

McDonald’s corporate‑owned restaurants are looking for experienced General Managers to lead profitable operations, provide outstanding customer experience, and develop high‑performing teams. Responsibilities Operate all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Lead a team of Department Managers, coaching and setting goals for quality, service, and cleanliness. Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers. Set and monitor performance metrics, ensuring adherence to McDonald’s quality standards. Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational budgets. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Prior experience as a General Manager in a high‑volume quick‑service restaurant; hospitality or retail experience also desired. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to drive results and maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Benefits & Perks Competitive pay from $40,000 to $60,000. Flexible schedules.
