At GEA, we're not just building equipment, we're building lasting careers with an average employee tenure range from 5 to over 11+ years, reflecting the strong culture, growth opportunities, and support we provide.Responsibilities:Ensure the clarification, specification and execution of each project from the initial quotation phase to commissioning, handover, follow-up and project completionGenerate buy-in among your stakeholders and motivate your team to ensure that all aspects of a project are moving in the same directionMake sure that your projects are delivered safely, within budget and according to scope, quality and scheduleOversee and ensure that customers are managed properly and that their satisfaction levels remain high during the execution of each projectCollaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments and functions, ranging from Sales to Supply Chain, Finance (project budget and cost control) and Risk management of customer focused projects.Travel as needed to sites as projects are implemented and for customer meetingsYour Profile / Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field highly preferred.5+ years of Project Management experience in related projects, preferably in Industrial Heating and Refrigeration.Possess PMP License, or willing to obtain within 1 year of being in role.Strong organizational and communication skills.Strong ability to navigate unforeseen challenges and deescalate situations.The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
