Litigation Attorney

Chiumento Law, PLLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team in Palm Coast, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking long-term growth within a respected law firm that has served the community for more than 50 years. The successful candidate will step into an established litigation practice with strong support, an existing client base, and a clear path toward future leadership opportunities. Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and related legal documents Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials Develop case strategy and provide legal guidance to clients Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff Maintain organized case management and deadline compliance Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar Minimum 2 years of litigation experience preferred Strong legal writing, courtroom advocacy, and client communication skills Ability to independently manage a caseload Established 50+ year reputation in the community Experienced support staff and senior paralegal assistance Marketing and business development support Mentorship from experienced attorneys Opportunity for long-term growth and future department leadership Compensation starting at $70,000+ annually, commensurate with experience Performance-based incentive opportunities 401(k) with company match Long-term disability coverage Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Location This is a full-time, in-person position based in Palm Coast, Florida.
