We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our Personal and Commercial Insurance Agency. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating positive customer experience while supporting our service and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

• Assist clients with general questions and route requests to the appropriate team member.

• Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.

• Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.

• Maintain accurate client records and update information in the agency management system.

• Scan, upload, and organize policy documents.

• Support Personal and Commercial Lines staff with administrative tasks.

• Process payments and provide receipts when needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

• Assist with other office duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior receptionist, administrative, customer service, or insurance office experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
