What You’ll Do:

• Provide speech-language therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities established by the supervising SLP

• Support patients with speech, language, communication, and related functional skills within the SLPA scope of practice

• Reinforce therapy strategies and home programs with patients and caregivers

• Monitor patient performance and report progress or changes to the supervising SLP

• Educate and collaborate with patients and caregivers to support therapy goals

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas SLPA license (required)

• Home health experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Ability to work independently in a home setting while collaborating closely with the supervising SLP

• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
