Role Description: This is a part-time role with a remote-first setup and minimal time commitment. You will serve as a key liaison between healthcare providers and MedRes, educating physicians on our claims recovery approach and the IDR process. You will provide practical guidance, coordinate communication between providers and the MedResolutions team, and occasionally review high-value case details to support strong outcomes. We are tackling a significant issue in the payer relations sector and need physicians who have insight into a niche area of the problem. 

Who We're Looking For:

• You own, co-own, or partner in an independent practice, ASC, or physician group
• Your specialty has regular facility OON exposure: emergency medicine, anesthesiology, radiology, interventionalists, surgery, orthopedics, pain management, pathology, etc.
• You've personally dealt with payer underpayments, slow appeals, or claim denials
• You make or influence financial decisions for your practice

Compensation: Performance-based incentives. xhyhwjd Providers who are eligible for services who provide and assist with advising our operations may be entitled to an additional equity component (advisory equity, vesting monthly over 12–24 months with a short cliff), structured based on seniority and contribution.
