What will you do as a Bench Jeweler at Diamond Cellar? Perform jewelry repairs including ring sizing, soldering, stone setting, prong re-tipping, chain and clasp repair, and polishing/finishing. Execute custom jewelry work, fabrication, and restoration as needed. Inspect, diagnose, and estimate repair needs for the customer, and store-owned jewelry. Ensure all repairs and custom work are completed to company quality standards and within established timelines. Handle and work with precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones with care and accuracy. Maintain an organized work bench, tools, and equipment in safe and efficient condition. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support sales efforts. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 3 years professional experience as a bench jeweler, or related experience. Proficient in stone setting (prong, bezel, channel, pave), soldering, fabrication, and polishing Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills Experience with CAD design and wax carving, a plus GIA certification, a plus Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing process and materials Organized with strong communication skills Why would you love working for Diamond Cellar?
