Account Manager

Job Details Location: 155 Westridge Parkway, Suite 109, McDonough, GA, 30253, United States Employee Type: Full Time Travel: 50% Manage Others: No Summary of Duties Must be currently located in Georgia or South Carolina! We are seeking a self-motivated, customer focused, and reliable Account Manager to oversee and maintain strong client relationships in Georgia and South Carolina. This role requires frequent overnight travel and offers a company vehicle and company credit card for business‑related expenses. The ideal candidate will be professional, proficient with computers, capable of working independently, and confident addressing client concerns. Education Associates degree or equivalent work experience Skills & Experience Ability to travel routinely overnight is required. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems. Must be able to easily create Pivot Tables in Excel. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing responsibilities. Healthcare industry experience is preferred. Essential Functions Travel regularly overnight to create and maintain client relationships in Georgia and South Carolina. Conduct regular client visits to build and strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence. Address, elevate, and assist with resolving facility‑related concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Utilize computer systems effectively for account management and reporting. Maintain accurate reports, records, and activity tracking within company systems in a timely manner. Work independently while remaining professional, flexible, organized, and proactive. Physical Demands Sitting & Standing: Extended periods of sitting while driving or working on a computer, with frequent standing and walking during client visits. Travel: Frequent travel throughout Georgia and South Carolina including overnight stays. Lifting & Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying materials, marketing supplies, laptops, and equipment up to 20 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
