Residential Sales Consultant

Responsibilities Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction goals Conduct in-home consultations using a structured sales process Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions Drive toward first-visit closes, with effective follow-up as needed Generate self-sourced leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement Prepare accurate quotes and orders following company procedures Address customer concerns and partner with internal teams for resolution Maintain availability for evening and weekend appointments Stay current on product knowledge and market competition Manage customer interactions using CRM and digital tools Represent the company at events, home shows, and community engagements Requirements Proven ability to build trust quickly and deliver a strong customer experience Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections High energy and enthusiasm for meeting new people and networking Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Resilient, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Comfortable learning technical product information related to residential construction Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile technology, and CRM systems Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of sales experience (or equivalent combination) Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
