Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, examining their strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans incorporating measurable goals and interventions in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure the continuity and quality of client care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to empower clients and nurture community support.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans for clients as circumstances warrant.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
