Job Summary A new Temp-to-Hire opportunity is available for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Chatsworth, CA. This role is ideal for an HR professional with hands‑on experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee coordination, payroll‑related updates, and HR reporting in a fast‑paced business environment. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with HR personnel and hiring managers to help move candidates through the hiring process efficiently while supporting a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with posting job advertisements, reviewing candidate activity, and conducting initial phone screens. Coordinate interviews with HR personnel, hiring managers, and candidates. Prepare recruiting reports, spreadsheets, metrics, and HR presentations as requested. Support candidate onboarding, employee offboarding, new hire orientation, and training coordination. Assist with payroll processing tasks, including reviewing time sheets and employee status changes. Help employees with benefits enrollment and general HR process questions. Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate: $27 to $32 per hour. Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire. Location: Chatsworth, CA.
