Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all client interactions, including ongoing assessments, treatment plan adjustments, and clinical case notes, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, couple, and family therapy through in-person telehealth sessions, which allows for a combination of convenience and effective care.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, adjusting treatment strategies where necessary to help clients reach their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with case managers, other healthcare professionals, and family members to create a holistic support network for clients, ensuring comprehensive care.
