Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney

Job Title: Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney Location: Seattle WA, New York City NY, San Francisco CA, Denver CO Employment Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities Advise clients on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic corporate transactions. Handle both domestic and cross-border transactions on the buy-side and sell-side. Support and independently manage components of complex transactions, including: Acquisitions and divestitures Strategic alliances and joint ventures Spin-offs and carve-outs Leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations Tender offers and other corporate transactions Conduct legal due diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and coordinate deal execution. Analyze and advise on complex structural and corporate governance matters. Work closely with clients and internal teams to provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and strategic transactions. Proven experience handling domestic and cross-border deals. Strong understanding of corporate structures and transaction frameworks. Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex legal concepts both orally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
