This full-time opportunity spans the entire 2026-2027 school year, with a focus on creating positive behavioral interventions and fostering inclusive school environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Valid CDE license or current COOL must be submitted with your resume (applications without this will not be considered)
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in school settings, particularly at the elementary level
• Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Committed to working onsite throughout the assignment duration

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans for elementary students
• Work closely with teachers, administration, and related service providers to implement effective strategies
• Provide training and consultative support to staff regarding behavioral best practices
• Monitor, document, and adjust interventions as needed to ensure student progress
• Act as a resource for families, offering guidance and support for the continuity of care
