Project Manager

Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers, architects, and others to determine project specifications, review drawings for compliance, and obtain necessary permits and licenses. Negotiate and manage agreements, draft contracts, and determine needed resources (workforce, equipment, materials) within budgetary limits. Coordinate subcontractors, strategically plan construction operations, and schedule phases to meet deadlines. Review and approve schedules, financial projections, and project costs, accurately forecasting revenue and profitability. Implement and audit Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and safety standards to minimize risks. Evaluate progress, prepare detailed reports, and administer the Submittal Review process to facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and the design team. Requirements Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven expertise as a construction project manager with proficiency in construction procedures, materials, project management principles, and relevant software.
