Schedule:

• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays.

Qualifications:

• RN license meeting Tennessee requirements.
• MS (Medical-Surgical) nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Possession of all REQUIRED certifications prior to start (per latest LPNT/Highpoint Health checklist).
• Successful completion of State-specific background checks, including the Tennessee Abuse Registry, required before beginning assignment.
• Candidates must live 60 miles or more from Carthage to qualify for travel status.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a critical access hospital setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies.
• Respond effectively to changes in patient status and participate actively in quality improvement initiatives.
