Specialty: Emergency Department / Emergency Room Nursing Employment Type: Travel Nurse Job Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 08/31/2026 Shift: 12-hour nights Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 - $1,540 Location: Thornton, CO 80229 Job Requirements Minimum of 1 year of current acute care Emergency Department RN experience Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications Strong clinical judgment in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency nursing setting Trauma Level I or II experience preferred Prior Meditech experience preferred Team-oriented, motivated, and patient-focused approach Responsibilities Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to emergency department patients across a variety of acuity levels Perform rapid assessments, stabilization, and timely interventions in the ER Monitor vital signs, obtain ECGs, and support diagnostic and treatment workflows Collaborate with physicians, EMTs, paramedics, and nursing teammates to ensure efficient patient flow Respond effectively to changing patient conditions in a busy Emergency Department environment Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices for quality patient care Why Consider This Travel RN Opportunity?
