About the Role We are hiring across multiple propulsion disciplines and are looking for engineers with experience designing, analyzing, building, testing, or integrating propulsion systems for aerospace applications. Depending on background and experience, engineers may work across: Propulsion system architecture Fluid systems Combustion and thermal analysis Pressurized systems Test infrastructure and operations Integration and qualification testing Feed systems, valves, regulators, and tanks Engine controls and embedded systems Ground support equipment (GSE) Basic Qualifications We are interested in engineers with experience in areas such as: Rocket propulsion Satellite propulsion Fluid systems engineering Cryogenic systems Thermal systems Test engineering GNC/controls related to propulsion High‑pressure or harsh‑environment systems Preferred Qualifications BS, MS, or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Experience designing or supporting propulsion or fluid‑based systems Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills CAD, analysis, testing, or integration experience relevant to propulsion hardware Compensation and Benefits Equity in Cowboy Space Corp.
