Kids' Ski Rental Lead - Service, Safety & Gear

CM Resort, LLC

Cranmore Mountain Resort is seeking an essential team member to lead the rental area downstairs in the Karen Dolan Learning Center. You will fit boots and skis/snowboards with a focus on guest service, perform binding adjustments, and ensure equipment is waxed and tuned. You will supervise 3-5 rental staff and coordinate safety and operations in a fast-paced environment.
