Middle School Classroom Aide

St. Cecilia School and Academy is seeking a dependable and supportive Middle School Classroom Aide to assist teachers in creating a structured, respectful, and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will support students academically and behaviorally while helping maintain daily classroom routines and fostering a positive school culture. Job Responsibilities Assist teachers with instructional activities, including small‑group and individual student support. Help maintain a structured and organized classroom environment. Support middle school students with assignments and classroom tasks. Reinforce classroom expectations and promote positive behavior. Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and other assigned times. Prepare classroom materials and assist with organizational tasks. Communicate effectively with teachers and staff to support student needs. Build positive, respectful relationships with students. Job Requirements Experience working with middle school‑aged students preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
