Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of clients' mood disorder symptoms, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique challenges, preferences, and goals, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for self-care and resiliency. \n
- Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness and outcomes. \n
- Work collaboratively with a network of mental health professionals, specialists, and case managers to ensure seamless and integrated care. \n
- Stay informed about current research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic approaches and client outcomes. \n
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing professional development opportunities to improve therapeutic skills and team collaboration. \n
- Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, supporting initiatives to reduce stigma and expand access to care for underserved populations. \n
You will work primarily with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including clients from diverse backgrounds, such as homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Effective engagement with these populations requires a nuanced understanding of their unique circumstances and challenges. Your role is pivotal in promoting their recovery and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n

- Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
