What You Will Do: Support senior researchers with sample preparation, laboratory or field testing, and overall project execution. Conduct chemical product development and qualification testing using established protocols for a variety of laboratory techniques. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable results. Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient lab operations. Maintain a strong focus on safety and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Manage multiple technical requests in a fast-paced environment. Pre-Employment Requirements: Background Drug Screen Physical Minimum Qualifications: B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. 1 year of laboratory experience (academic or internship-based). Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Sponsorship is not available for this role. Preferred Qualifications: M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. 2 years of laboratory experience (academic or internship-based).
