Position Title: Employment Associate Attorney Salary Range: $225,000 - $445,000 About the Opportunity Advises on employment aspects of private equity and M&A transactions. Drafts and negotiates employment agreements, offer letters, separation agreements, and restrictive covenants. Participates in due diligence, transaction negotiations, and employment dispute analysis. Requirements 3–6 years experience handling employment aspects of PE or M&A deals J.D. degree, admission to Massachusetts or Illinois Bar Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills Items Needed to Apply Cover letter, resume, law school transcript, deal sheet Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
