Marketing Outreach & Enrollment Director | Healthcare Sales Director

Marketing Outreach & Enrollment Director Role: Leads the Outreach and Enrollment Team, fostering collaboration within the organization and with external stakeholders to promote the organization's values, culture, and mission. Responsibilities Include Achieving growth targets for census, including gross and net increases. Overseeing marketing, outreach, and community engagement activities. Managing all intake and enrollment processes, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion rates. Monitoring and reporting team performance on leads, enrollments, eligibility, and Salesforce utilization. Building relationships with referral sources such as senior housing, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Maintaining compliance with DHCS and CMS guidelines, ensuring smooth enrollment workflows. Developing and managing the department budget, and collaborating with executive teams to report key metrics and resolve issues. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree preferred; five years of relevant management experience may substitute. At least five years of supervisory experience, with two years in healthcare growth/enrollment preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
