We're hiring: Property Manager | Retail Real Estate

Combined Properties, Incorporated | Bethesda, MD | Hybrid (3 days in-office)

We're looking for a forward-thinking Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail shopping centers: someone who owns financial performance, embraces technology, and is always looking for smarter ways to operate.

What you'll do:

Build and manage operating and capital budgets to drive property performance
Prepare and reconcile CAM and real estate tax recoveries
Oversee shopping center operations, vendors, and capital projects
Manage lease compliance, collections, and receivables
Partner with Leasing, Construction, and other teams to support tenants

What you bring:

4+ years managing retail shopping centers
Hands-on experience with budgets, CAM reconciliations, and lease administration
Strong Excel skills and a solid grasp of retail leases and property financials
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent)
Bonus: MRI experience and a track record of improving processes
