This position involves researching and analyzing market trends to uncover new opportunities and generate interest in our products and services. The Lead Generator will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring that the sales team has a steady flow of potential clients to engage with. By utilizing various outreach methods, including email campaigns, social media, and networking events, the Lead Generator will help to establish and nurture relationships with prospective customers. Ultimately, the success of this role directly impacts the company's revenue and market presence. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in cold-calling, lead generation, or sales support. Experience in an FDA regulated industry, preferably pharma but will consider others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences. Utilize various lead generation tools and platforms to gather contact information. Engage with potential leads through email, phone calls, and social media outreach. Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them to the sales team. Track and report on lead generation metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies. Skills: The required skills for this role include strong communication abilities, which are essential for effectively engaging with potential leads and conveying the value of our offerings. Analytical skills are also important, as the Lead Generator will need to assess market data and identify trends that can inform lead generation strategies. Familiarity with CRM software will be utilized daily to manage and track leads, ensuring that no opportunities are missed. Preferred skills, such as experience in digital marketing, will enhance the candidate's ability to create targeted outreach campaigns that resonate with potential clients. Overall, a combination of these skills will enable the Lead Generator to contribute significantly to the company's growth and success.
