You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions.And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.The Work:Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-ledShow clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in chargeRun the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been givenDrive profitability and continued success by managing service qualityInteract with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and moreTweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs Check business requirements to find configuration solutionsKeep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisionsTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsHere’s what you need:Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experienceMinimum 3 year of SuccessFactors Compensation and Compensation Strategy experienceMinimum 3 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resourcesCertification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areasBachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)Bonus Points If:You know everything there is to know about SuccessFactors Compensation processesYou can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and toolsYou’re an ace at managing and delivering projectsYou’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environmentYou’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to deliver large scale implementation projectsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
