What You’ll Do As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), you’ll provide therapeutic services to older adults in senior living settings—bringing empathy, clinical skill, and creativity to every interaction. You’ll have the flexibility to design your schedule and contribute to a supportive, mission-driven team.
