Commercial Electrical ForemanFacility Solutions Group is seeking experienced Commercial Electrical Foremen to lead crews on commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.We're looking for a dependable, career-minded leader with strong field experience and a commitment to excellence.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead electrical crews on commercial job sitesPlan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activitiesPartner with Project Managers on estimates, take-offs, and job planningEnsure materials, tools, equipment, and manpower are available and organizedDirect installation of electrical systems, including feeders, lighting, panels, and equipmentMonitor job progress and adjust workflow to meet project timelinesMaintain job site productivity, quality, and efficiencyComplete and oversee daily reports, timekeeping, and required documentationEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all company protocolsTrain and mentor crew membersQualificationsValid driver's licenseValid Journeyman licenseProven experience leading crews or working as a Foreman on commercial projectsExperience with new construction (ground-up projects preferred)Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication (verbal & written)Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentPositive, customer-focused attitudeLighting experience is a plus Benefits: 22 days PTO (with cash-out options) 401(k) with matching contribution from Day 1Medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceAdvancement opportunities for high performersCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesHands-on work with a supportive teamStable, long-term commercial projectsOpportunity to mentor and lead others As an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status.
