Onsite | St. Petersburg, FL
Weekday Shifts | 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
$32.00 – $38.00/hr. + Shift DifferentialHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Staff Registered Nurses (RN) to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this skilled nursing and long-term care nursing opportunity.We are seeking dependable, compassionate RNs with strong clinical judgment and prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience who can provide exceptional patient-centered care in a fast-paced inpatient environment. HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly
Maintain compliant and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams
Respond professionally to resident needs and emergencies
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Required Qualifications (Highly Important):
Active Florida RN License
Skilled nursing, long-term care, or nursing home experience REQUIRED
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in team-based environments
Strong clinical documentation and medication administration skills
Stable and consistent employment history Preferred Qualifications:
Long-term care inpatient experience
Experience working in high-volume skilled nursing environments
Strong resident-centered care approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently HireNow Disqualifiers:
Jumpy or unstable work history
Acute care-only backgrounds (ER, Med Surg, hospital-only experience)
No skilled nursing or long-term care experience
