RESTAURANT MANAGER

CULINAIRE manages and operates the ML Steaks + Sports that is located in the Miami Lakes Hotel. We are hiring an experienced and seasoned RESTAURANT MANANGER to work with an amazing team and lead them to success. ML Steaks + Sport is a dynamic, and busy restaurant with high ambition, passion, and principle.

A few important job responsibilities:

• Ability to recruit, hire, train and motivate staff to establish great retention
• Establish and maintain an inviting, friendly, positive and professional environment
• Ensure and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Successfully manage the overall financial operation
• Hands on leadership qualities, able to lead by example
• Create and promote a vibrant and interactive bar scene
• Work closely with the property F&B Director and assist with catering events when needed
• Sell the private dining room for events to generate additional revenue
• Ensure strict compliance with cash handling procedures and reconciliation of the daily receipts
• Manage the opening and closing duties diligently
• Produce monthly forecast of performance to budget and plan
• Track revenue and labor on a daily basis
• Analyze and initiate action to improve product, company image and profitability

Qualifications and skills sets required:

• 2-3 years prior experience with proven record of accomplishment in a similar restaurant
• Alcohol Beverage and ServeSafe or Manager's Food Handlers Certification
• Flexible work schedule to include the weekend and holidays
• Extremely organized and multi-tasked oriented
• Computer proficient
