As the Building Inspector II , you will: Inspect new and existing residential, business, commercial (TFO’s and R2 Occupancy) and other buildings and structures for conformance with safety and other requirements of national, state, and local codes. TSBPE inspector’s license, TSBPE trade license or ability to obtain within 12 months. ICC Inspector’s Certifications - Residential or Commercial Plumbing or the ability to obtain within 6 months. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check. Must possess valid class C driver’s license.
