What You'll Do as a DSP

• Assist adults with daily living skills
• Support independence and community engagement
• Provide structure, safety, and compassionate care
• Encourage meaningful activities
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team

Experience with personal care or autism spectrum disorders is helpful but not required.

Where You'll Work

The FULL-TIME DSP position is based in New Gloucester, ME. Part-Time also available in Gray and New Gloucester, ME! All mandatory trainings take place in Androscoggin County. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to attend ALL mandatory trainings & staff meetings
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
