Explore opportunities to make a difference – come home to At Home Healthcare. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, as directed by supervisors. Supervise clients during activities to ensure safety. Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Report significant changes in client’s condition or environment to supervisors. Monitor client environment for safety hazards and take appropriate action. Qualifications Must have a cheerful and helpful attitude, especially in stressful situations. Ability to effectively perform duties and support team members. Competency in personal assistance services as defined by TAC 40 Chapter 97, suitable for individuals 18+ with demonstrated skills. Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions. Complete required training. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, reaching, and walking during over 75% of shifts. Ability to recognize sounds and respond appropriately. Patience, tact, discretion, and confidentiality. Work with minimal supervision, recognizing the importance of accuracy. Observe changes in clients' appearance, attitude, and condition.
