Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU Observation – Fort Myers, FL
COMPENSATION:  Earn up to $50/hr (non-critical care)  or $55/hr (critical care)  (based on years of RN experience)  + Relocation Package ($12,000–$15,000+) Role Description:

Role:- Location: Â Fort Myers, FLÂ (on-site)
- Unit/Focus: Â PCU Observation
- Schedule/Hours: Â 40 hours/week
- Start Date: Â Jul 13, 2026
- Core Responsibilities: Â Safe delivery and documentation of patient care; coordinate nursing care based on clinical practice standards; collaborate with the care team; support quality improvement and customer service; practice aligned with ANA standards and the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
- Relocation Package:  $12,000–$15,000+
- $7,000  relocation paid on 1st check (non-critical care)
- $10,000  relocation paid on 1st check (critical care)
- $5,400  expense support ( $1,800/mo x 3 months; paid on the first paycheck of each month )

- Large physician community and volunteer network supporting exceptional care
- Education:  Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience:  1+ year  recent acute care experience (department requirements may vary)
- PCU/Neuro:  1+ year  recent hospital bedside experience required
- Women’s Services / Endo / OR / PICU:  2+ years  experience required
- Less than 2 years RN experience:  receives 50% of hiring incentives
- Certifications: Â AHAÂ BLS Â (current for at least 90 days after hire date; may vary by department)
- License:  Active Florida RN license
- Other: Â Communication/interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, customer service skills
