Hospice RN

Hebrew SeniorLife, a Boston-based nonprofit senior care organization affiliated with Harvard Medical School, is seeking a Hospice RN to provide compassionate end-of-life care to older adults in home and facility settings. In this role, you will deliver skilled nursing care, manage pain and symptoms, and support patients and families through education, emotional support, and advocacy. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, social workers, chaplains, therapists, and caregivers to develop and implement individualized care plans that honor each patient’s goals, dignity, and cultural preferences. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, accurate EMR documentation, and participation in care conferences and quality initiatives.
