Senior Director, Claims & Disputes — Rail Infrastructure
Gateway Development Commission (GDC)
Gateway Development Commission (GDC) seeks a Senior Director of Claims to lead the tracking and resolution of construction change orders, disputes and claims for the Hudson Tunnel Project. The successful candidate will perform independent claims reviews and detailed schedule delay analysis, manage negotiations, and provide strategic guidance across civil, structural, mechanical and electrical contracts. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the role requires deep experience in claims management, #J-18808-Ljbffr Gateway Development Commission (GDC)
