We're looking for skilled HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. Company-provided truck and fuel card. Career advancement opportunities with a growing organization. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems. Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment. Navigate crawlspaces and attics as needed. Educate customers and provide repair and replacement options. Present financing and maintenance plan options. Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently. Meet and exceed service and revenue goals. Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and generates referrals. Partner with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure success. Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site. Participate in training, meetings, and company events. Mentor and train apprentices. Complete invoices, timecards, and documentation accurately and on time. Qualifications: Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience. Ability to work one of our available schedules: Regular, Evening, or Weekend. Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, airflow, refrigeration principles, and electrical troubleshooting. EPA Certification preferred. Knowledge of local HVAC codes and industry best practices. Experience performing repairs, maintenance, and customer-facing service work.
