Warehouse Associate

Warehouse SpecialistInsight Global is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse operations within the Systems Logistics/Material Handling team. This individual will be responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, and shipping materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material flow to support production and customer delivery requirements. The ideal candidate has strong warehouse operations experience, a safety-first mindset, and experience operating material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities, and resolve discrepancies or damaged materials.Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory control processes.Organize and store materials using warehouse management systems and established warehouse procedures.Pick, stage, and prepare materials and orders for production and customer shipments.Package, label, weigh, and prepare outbound shipments according to company and customer requirements.Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.Partner with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow and on-time delivery.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while adhering to all safety protocols.Identify and support process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.
