We work directly with OC Solar , one of the top-rated solar installers in Southern California, helping homeowners cut expensive utility bills and switch to more affordable energy.

What You'll Do

This is a door-to-door field position. Your job is to talk with homeowners, spark interest, and set up appointments for a licensed consultant to meet with them.

You won't be closing deals or doing the heavy lifting your role is to start great conversations and book the appointment. It's a simple system to learn, and it's hands-down one of the best ways to develop real-world skills: confidence, communication, persistence, and the ability to connect with people face-to-face.

For the right person, this is a launchpad. The skills you build here open doors to sales, leadership, business, and serious income down the road.

How Solar Works (The Short Version)

Most homeowners go solar by swapping a high, unpredictable electric bill for a lower, more stable energy bill without a big upfront cost. It's an easy concept for homeowners to understand, which makes your job that much easier to learn.

Pay

Choose what works for you: $25/hour OR commission-based pay. We'll walk you through both options in detail at your in-person interview.
