Site Lead

We are looking for a Full Time Lead Carpenter (bags on) for our residential remodeling jobs. We are a residential construction company focusing on additions, ADU's, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and outdoor living spaces. You will work closely with our Project Management team to oversee your own job sites and be responsible for bringing your sites from start to finish.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Splitting time between working autonomously and with 1-3 field employees
• All phases of construction from planning to demo to rough-in to finish

• Reading and interpreting plans
• Executing daily task lists
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Ensuring your job site is clean and orderly before leaving for the day
• Ordering materials
• Maintaining vendor relationships
• Updating changes in the schedule for projects

Ideal job skills include some or all of the following:
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years experience in construction
• Site Planning: Reading plans, site prep, excavation, permitting, communication with city/county jurisdictions, etc.
• Site Management: Safety, cleanliness, employees, subcontractors, communication with clients and co-workers, etc.
• Carpentry: Rough through finish skills are a must
• Flooring: Hardwood, LVP, laminate, carpet, etc.
• Drywall: Hanging, taping, mudding, texturing, repairs, etc.
• Painting: Interior, exterior, trim, etc.

• Communication: Articulate, outspoken, and timely with clear and concise communication.

• Safety: Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards.

Compensation:
$35 - $40 per hour (Pay based on experience)

Company Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Hours listed are general. Occasionally we will start earlier or finish later depending on the job site and needs. Full-time hours are not guaranteed. If it is a mutually good fit, you should have no problem clocking 35-40 hours every week.

MUST HAVES:
Reliable transportation
