Daily duties will include:

• Supporting surgical teams by prepping and organizing the operating room
• Upholding sterile environments while strictly following infection control protocols
• Handing instruments and materials to surgeons and assistants during procedures
• Managing and preparing surgical equipment throughout the surgical process
• Keeping track of supplies to ensure readiness for every operation
• Collaborating seamlessly with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other surgical professionals
• Maintaining thorough documentation and accurate surgical counts

Education requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory

Certifications required:

• Must possess a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential
• BLS certification (or must get it within 90 days post-hire)
