Seeking 3pm-11pm!
LPN Responsibilities:
- Care for Residents in a manner conducive to their safety and Comfort.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and respect for the rights, dignity and individuality of each resident in all interactions.
- Perform all duties in accordance with the facility and federal and State standards.
- Assist RN's and Supervisors.
- Provide Direct Care.
- Administer medication and treatments.
- Organizes and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff consistent with each individual resident's comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care.
- Ensures that “Flow of Care” is followed.
- Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
