Starting Wage: $40.16 per hour

What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Machinist, you will play a key role in supporting plant operations by ensuring tools, dies, machines, and mechanical components are operating at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Set up and operate all machine shop equipment
• Repair and maintain tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, models, instruments, and mechanical parts
• Assist with size changeovers to support production requirements
• Perform complete machine overhauls as needed
• Set dies in machines for production, testing, experimentation, demonstrations, and training
• Immediately report accidents, equipment damage, shortages, or any issues that may interrupt operations
• Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy
• Operate mills, lathes, grinders, and power tools safely and skillfully
• Troubleshoot mechanical components of automated production lines
• Train and develop working knowledge of mechanical systems and components

Job Requirements

• Experience working with close tolerances
• Proficiency in setting up and operating all standard machine shop equipment
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, handbooks, equipment manuals, specifications, and related documentation

Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
• Journeyman-level machinist competency
• Completion of a 4-year machinist apprenticeship or equivalent experience
