Civil Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee heavy civil and environmental construction projects supporting federal infrastructure. Annual salary is $85,000–$125,000/year DOE plus a comprehensive benefits package. Per diem is available at the GSA rate for that location. This is a direct-hire position with excellent career growth opportunities. Responsibilities Lead daily field operations from mobilization through project completion Manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment Ensure projects stay on schedule, within quality standards, and meet safety requirements Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and government representatives Maintain daily reports and support project closeout Qualifications Experience as a Construction Superintendent in heavy civil or infrastructure construction OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 required Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Willingness to travel and work on federal job sites Ability to pass background checks for military installations Preferred Federal or Department of Defense project experience USACE CQM and/or 40-hour HAZWOPER certifications Experience with earthwork, utilities, environmental, or civil infrastructure projects Trillium is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
