Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Start Time: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Shift structure may include 2x12-hour shifts and 2x8-hour shifts per week | Weekend requirement: one day (Saturday or Sunday) each week | On-call duties included

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties in an Operating Room setting across General, Gynecological, Genitourinary, and Pediatric surgical cases
• Support both open and laparoscopic surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical team including RNs and Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) during day shift operations
• Participate in on-call coverage as required by unit scheduling
• Adhere to unit dress code: Royal Blue scrubs required for RNs

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with current eligibility to work in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience as a circulating RN
• Demonstrated experience in GEN, GYN, GU, and Pediatric cases (open and laparoscopic)
• Ability to fulfill weekend and on-call obligations as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Robotic surgical experience strongly preferred; candidates with this background will be considered first
• Experience working in a high-volume, multi-specialty OR environment
