Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

Prince Service & Manufacturing is looking for individuals who are ethical, customer focused, problem solvers, flexible, and selfless. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment, boosting production by maintaining all equipment. Location / Schedule Macon, GA / 2nd shift Responsibilities Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner. Read schematics, control systems, troubleshoot AC & DC drivers and logic devices. Service and maintain equipment including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production‑related equipment. Inspect and assess the functionality of production machines. Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns. Adjust mechanical parts using hand and machine tools. Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades. Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks. Communicate with the production team and maintain a clean work area. Prepare and submit maintenance reports. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Minimum of four years recent experience working with industrial maintenance. Technical school background is a plus but not required. Advanced mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Good time‑management skills. Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment. Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to read blueprints.
