Compensation: - $275,000 - $316,000 based on experience- Significant sign-on bonus of $50,000- Relocation assistance as well- $20,000 Retention bonus for providers who stay with us! - $20,000 location stipend as well

Additional Info: We are a growing network of state-of-the-art health centers located throughout Kern, Kings, Tulare, and Fresno counties. Since 1978, we have provided high-quality primary and preventative healthcare to individuals and families throughout our communities, including comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health services, and more. DETAILS:- Responsible for providing primary care outpatient medical services - Responsible for directing and supervising the clinical staff, as appropriate- Interest in designing and evaluating an efficient healthcare system in a community health center setting is highly desirable- Monday through Friday role with no weekend work!- EMR: NextGen and uses AI scribe for all charting is completed in clinic hours
