Plant Manager -- Automotive Parts Manufacturer (36098)

An automotive parts manufacturing company near the Forrest City, AR area is looking for a Plant Manager . You will be in charge of all activities necessary for company operation. You will be responsible for performance of all department functions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operations management within an industrial environment.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor & approve plans (budget, labor, material, customer service, etc.)

· Review performance with plans & standards – communicate results

. Review labor & facility requirements – compared to forecasts

· Maintain ISO 14001 compliance

· Coordinate with all departments – ensure responsibilities are accounted for

. Regular communication with President (performance reports, issues/resolution)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

. At least 3 years’ experience in operations management (manufacturing environment)

· Strong interpersonal skills (all levels of associates) (multi-cultural environment)

· Strong communication skills

. OSHA Hazwoper Trained
