Job Title:
Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer
Location:
McLean, VA (Onsite - 5 days per week)
Summary:
The Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer will design, develop, and maintain Experience Cloud (Community) sites for customer-facing digital platforms. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on user experience, security, and enterprise standards.
Required / Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years of overall Salesforce development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities)
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
• Experience building and supporting Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) Experience Cloud sites
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, OWD)
• Experience working on customer-facing platforms
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proven ability to design, build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions
• Ability to work in an onsite, collaborative development environment
